01 · On the bike

18 real climbs, and workouts that hold you to the watts.

Mont Ventoux, the Stelvio, the Tourmalet, Mount Buller, Willunga Hill and more, built from OpenStreetMap roads and government survey elevation data. Each one starts and finishes where its Strava segment does, with the average gradient within half a percentage point of its published figure.

  • Gradients the trainer holds as you climb, so a 10% ramp feels like one
  • A pace partner at a W/kg you choose, with a draft to sit in
  • Weather you pick, and the light changes as the ride goes on
  • Heights from government surveys, laser (LiDAR) survey on more than half, checked against real rides

02 · The workouts

Every session sized to you, and it shows its working.

Twenty-six workouts, from a half-hour easy spin to Tabata, every target set from your own FTP, so a hard day is hard for you and not for someone else's numbers. Filter by what you want to train, how long you have, and whether the session has a study behind it.

  • Sixteen are intervals proven to raise VO2max, with the study on screen: one lifted trained cyclists’ VO2max 8.7% in ten weeks. The other ten are sound coaching sessions, and say so
  • A ramp test sets your FTP, and your best 20 minutes on any ride can raise it. Every workout resizes with it, so the same session fits a first season or a racing one
  • Your gym sessions sit in the same plan as your rides: faster and stronger, scheduled together
The REPley Ride workouts library: intervals sized from a 210 W FTP, filtered by type, length and how well each protocol is evidenced, with a route to ride them on
03 · Your own roads

Your Sunday loop, on the trainer in July.

Export a ride from Strava, Garmin or anything else that gives you a GPX file, bring it in, and the trainer puts its hills under your wheels. Your commute, your club loop, the climb you have a score to settle with.

  • The elevation is the one your own ride recorded. We average the GPS jitter out over 100 m and cap anything steeper than 25%, so a single bad fix cannot throw a wall at you
  • Road or gravel, a loop or an up-and-back, worked out from the file itself
  • Zwift still cannot do this. Your routes sit in the same picker as the 18 built climbs, ready for a free ride or a workout

04 · The plan

One AI plan for the bike and the gym.

Tell REPley your goal, your level and the days you have. It builds a periodised plan with rides and strength sessions in the same weeks, and eases off where it should.

  • Today’s ride opens in REPley Ride, and the trainer holds the targets in ERG
  • After each session REPley suggests the next step from how hard it felt. You confirm it, and your plan keeps its history
  • Rides and gym days share one calendar, so you see the whole week at once

05 · On your phone

Every ride on your phone, next to everything else you train.

The REPley app on iPhone and Android comes with your subscription. The ride you just finished is there before you have unclipped: power, heart rate, the climb you rode, and your power curve against your best. On the App Store and Google Play.

  • Moving time, normalised power, W/kg, intensity and TSS for every ride, with the trainer it was recorded on
  • Your power curve from 5 seconds to 20 minutes, this ride laid over your best
  • Strength, food and water are logged in the same app, so your week reads as one thing

06 · Easy days

A calm ride, with something to watch or listen to.

Roll through a mountain ash forest with birdsong and weather, or put a video or a podcast on while you spin. 24 virtual gears, and an Xbox or PlayStation controller to shift them.

  • YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Apple Podcasts play in a panel on the ride screen. Spotify, Apple Music and Audible open beside it in their own app
  • Levels, badges, kits and bikes you earn by riding, and records at 5 seconds, 1, 5 and 20 minutes
  • An adventure park you unlock by finishing a workout, a chill ride and a climb: the ride that is a video game

07 · Off the bike

Everything else you train, in the same app.

REPley on your phone and the web comes with your subscription. Strength, cardio, nutrition and hydration are logged in one place, next to your rides.

  • Strength

Your gym sessions with sets, reps and weights, and your personal bests as they happen.

  • Cardio

Runs, outdoor rides and classes, logged by hand or brought in from the fitness apps you connect.

  • Nutrition

Scan a barcode, photograph the label or the plate, or type what you ate. Macros add up as you go.

08/THE PRICE

Three apps’ worth, for A$19.99 a month.

Plenty of people pay for a riding app, a training-plan app and a strength app. REPley Ride does all three jobs, then adds nutrition and hydration.

ZwiftRiding in a virtual worldA$29.99
TrainerRoadStructured training plansA$34.99
LadderStrength programsfrom A$24.99
The three togetherA$89.97 a month
REPley Ride, all three plus nutrition and hydrationA$19.99 a month

Or A$169 a year, about 30% less than paying monthly.

Each of them goes deeper on its own job. If you race every week, Zwift’s racing is the better fit. If you want the biggest library of structured plans, TrainerRoad does that well. If you want a strength program written by a named coach, Ladder is built around that. If you want your riding, your gym work and your nutrition in one plan, that is what we built.

Monthly prices in Australian dollars, checked 2 October 2026, before discounts or yearly plans: Zwift from zwift.com/au; TrainerRoad and Ladder from their Australian App Store listings (TrainerRoad’s own site bills US$21.99; Ladder’s lowest tier is shown). 09/WHAT IT IS NOT

What REPley Ride does not do yet.

So you can rule it out fast if one of these matters to you.

  • 01No racing or group rides yet. You ride on your own, or with a pace partner.
  • 02No iPad, Apple TV or phone riding. It runs on a Mac, Windows or Linux computer.
  • 03It needs a smart trainer, one that sets its own resistance, over Bluetooth, an ANT+ USB stick, or Wi-Fi or Ethernet with Direct Connect. A basic trainer or a spin bike without that will not connect.

11/QUESTIONS

Questions riders ask first.

What is REPley Ride?

REPley Ride is an indoor cycling app for your computer and smart trainer. It puts 18 real climbs, a trail through the forest, ERG workouts, a ramp FTP test and a pace partner on your trainer. Every ride lands in REPley, the same app where you log strength, nutrition and hydration on your phone, and where REPley’s AI builds your training plan.

Which smart trainers work with REPley Ride?

Smart trainers, the ones that set their own resistance: if yours works with Zwift over Bluetooth or ANT+, it works with REPley Ride. It connects over Bluetooth FTMS, the open standard most current smart trainers speak, or Wahoo's own Bluetooth protocol on the first KICKR and KICKR SNAP; over an ANT+ USB stick with ANT+ FE-C; or over Wi-Fi or Ethernet with Direct Connect, in beta, on a trainer such as the KICKR v6, KICKR CORE 2 or Elite Justo 2. All of it on a Mac, Windows or Linux computer, and it picks the way for you. Wahoo KICKR and KICKR CORE, Tacx NEO and Flux, Elite Direto and Suito, JetBlack Volt and the Zwift Hub among them. We ride it on a KICKR CORE ourselves, over Bluetooth and ANT+. Any Bluetooth heart-rate strap works, and any ANT+ strap with the stick; a strap is optional. A basic trainer or spin bike that sets no resistance will not connect.

How accurate are the climbs?

Each climb follows its real road from OpenStreetMap, and its heights come from government survey data, laser (LiDAR) survey on more than half of them. On every climb, the average gradient is within half a percentage point of its published figure, and on the climbs we have checked against real rides it agrees with what riders recorded to within half a point.

Do pace partners ride at the pace they say?

Yes. A pace partner holds the watts per kilogram on its back, at your weight, on every gradient, up and down, using the same physics as you. At the same power you would ride the same speed.

Does REPley Ride change my power numbers?

No. You can steady the watts on screen, showing each second or a 3 or 5 second average, but what the app records and sends is every second of power from your trainer, unchanged.

Can I ride on an iPad, Apple TV or phone?

Not yet. REPley Ride runs on a Mac, Windows or Linux computer. Your phone runs REPley for everything off the bike: gym sessions, nutrition, hydration and your plan.

My coach uses REPley. Do I pay?

No. REPley Ride is free when your coach uses REPley, on any plan or during their free trial. Sign in to REPley Ride with the email you use for REPley, and we email you a 6-digit code: no password needed.

What does it cost?

A$19.99 a month or A$169 a year in Australia, US$12.99 or US$109.99 in the United States, £9.99 or £84.99 in the UK, CA$17.99 or CA$149.99 in Canada, and NZ$21.99 or NZ$184.99 in New Zealand. US and Canadian prices are before tax. The first 14 days are free with no card, one free trial per person, and they start the first time you sign in to REPley Ride on your computer, open the REPley app on your phone, or build your plan, so none are used while you set up. Cancel on the web whenever you like.

What happens when my trial or subscription ends?

Riding and the AI features stop until you subscribe. Everything you logged stays, and you can keep logging workouts, nutrition and hydration by hand.

Does it post my rides to Strava?

Yes, if you want it to. Connect Strava once and each ride you finish goes there, as a Virtual Ride named after the course you rode. Then add your screenshots, each with REPley Ride on it, in one drag. Your ride also lands in REPley with power and heart rate.

Ride free for 14 days.

No card to start, and one free trial per person. Your free days begin when you first sign in to REPley Ride, open the REPley app or build your plan.
